Services Agreement

Introduction:

Welcome to Our Travel Curator! We're thrilled to embark on this journey with you and make your travel dreams a reality. This Service Agreement outlines the terms of our travel management services to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both parties involved.

Services Offered:

1. Tailored Itinerary Planning: Our team will craft a personalised travel plan based on your preferences, ensuring a unique and unforgettable experience.

  • 2. Accommodation Arrangements: We'll handle reservations at top-rated unique hotels, resorts, or alternative accommodations according to your specifications.

  • 3. Transportation Coordination: From flights to ground transportation, we'll organise the logistics for seamless travel.

  • 4. Activity Recommendations: Receive curated suggestions for activities, tours, and experiences that match your interests.

  • 5. 24/7 Support: Our assistance doesn’t end when you start your trip. We're available round-the-clock to address any concerns or emergencies.

Expectations:

  • 1. Open Communication: To create the perfect trip, we rely on open communication. Share your preferences, concerns, and any changes promptly.

  • 2. Timely Information: Timely provision of necessary information such as passport details, preferences, and any alterations to the itinerary is crucial for a smooth process.

  • 3. Adherence to Agreement: Both parties agree to adhere to the terms outlined in this agreement.

Fees and Payment:

1. Service Fee: The 13-15% service fee of the overall cost of the trip covers the comprehensive travel management services provided by Our Travel Curator and is payable upon confirmation of the itinerary.           

2. Flight Ticketing Fees: A domestic ticketing fee is $50 and an international ticketing fee is $90 per ticket. 

3. Additional Expenses: Any expenses not explicitly included in the itinerary will be the client's responsibility.

Cancellation and Changes:

  • 1.   Cancellation Policy: Cancellation fees may apply based on the proximity to the travel dates. Details will be provided upon request.

  • 2. Changes: Changes to the itinerary may incur additional charges depending on the nature of the alteration. We'll work closely with you to accommodate changes whenever possible.

  • 3. Client Responsibility: The client acknowledges and agrees that any decision not to travel or to cancel the itinerary after confirmation may result in Our Travel Curator incurring costs and dedicating resources towards planning and arranging travel services. Therefore, the client agrees to the above-stated terms and understands that Our Travel Curator must protect against unpaid work or unrecoverable expenses in the event of cancellations initiated by the client. Our Travel Curator recommends arranging travel insurance. If a client is unable to travel for reasons outlined in their travel insurance policy, they may be eligible for reimbursement or coverage for incurred expense. 

Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information exchanged during the planning and execution of the trip.

Termination:

Either party reserves the right to terminate this agreement in writing should there be a breach of terms or unforeseen circumstances preventing the fulfillment of the agreed-upon services.
